The organization of the congress will provide a transportation service , available for the attendants to the congress who arrive by plane, from the airport of Barajas to the headquarter hotel of the congress, as long as it is possible for the organization, so we cannot grant it. How to get to the headquarte hotel of the congress:

The headquarte hotel NH Eurobuilding is next to the subway station of Cuzco (Line 10). In Padre Damián St, 23.

From Barajas airport ( Approximate distance 12 Km ) :


The congresss members who arrive by train can use the subway from the airport to Nuevos Ministerios subway station and there they can commute to connect with the line 10 that will take them to Cuzco station (total time 18 minutes) See map A . You can also take a taxi or bús . From the airport to Plaza de Colón and from there you should take another bus or subway to Cuzco , but the subway from the airport is faster.

From the train stations ( Approximat distance 3 Km ):

Chamartín train station:

- The members who arrive by train to Chamartin can use the direct subway to CuzcoLas (about a 7 minute journey). See map A
- By bus: walk three minutes to the bus stop of bus 147 and stop at Cuzco square to walk to the hotel ( about 15 minutes)


Atocha train station (AVE – High speed)

- A taxi is the most recommended. (about 12 euros)
- For the bus, you have to walk about three minutes until the stop of bus number 27 at Pº DELICIAS-PZA.EMPERADOR CARLOS V and take it until Plaza de Cuzco where you will stop to walk to the hotel .
- You can also go by subway, to see the journey by click here (Sometimes there are trains from Atocha to Nuevos Ministerios, check it at the station)

By car:

The people who come by car Hill have to drive through paseo de la Castellana to the surroundings of Real Madrid stadium (Santiago Bernabeu) which is next to plaza de Cuzco and from there to Padre Damián st., 23, where the Hotel is. See map below:

Tourístic Bus: Madrid-Vision: Convertible Double-decker bus which can take you to go sightseeing through the town, there are three journeys and one of them passes near Hotel (Plaza de Lima y Football stadium). Yhe price is about 10,60 € to use t all day or 13,60 € two days. Free for up to 7 years old children.
 

Note:The cost of the subway and buses is 1,15 € but with the Metrobús ticket(10 Trips Metrobús - 5,35 €)you can travel 10 times by subway or bus of the EMT. The timetable is from 6 H to 2H and the buses changes according to the line but it is usually until 23 h and there are also night buses (in Cibeles). It is recommende to take change with you for the subway and the buses.
